What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we ship for free from €150. Below that, we charge €6.65 for shipping.
How long does the delivery take?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 – 5 working days. See the shipping policy for more information regarding shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.
How can I return a product?
If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 14 working days. Please notify within 2 working days. Check the refund policy for more information.
