Refund Policy

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Folkcolore.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon receipt, as a small independent retailer we would really appreciate if you could notify us by email (hola@folkcolore.com) within 3 working days of delivery if the goods are damaged, not as ordered, or unwanted otherwise the goods will be considered accepted.

Defective/damaged goods shall be returned to Folkcolore by the buyer. The buyer is entitled to a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are deemed damaged/defective.

Unwanted goods must be notified to us within 14 days by email as above and received by us at the buyers expense within 14 days of that notification, in saleable condition and packaging, unused and insured for the return journey as we cannot refund items broken or lost in transit. The buyer will receive a refund of the item cost (excluding delivery charges). 

Non -returnable items include:

– gift cards

– goods made to order/your specification 


Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of recieving your return.
